Premier was co-founded in 2003 by industry veterans Kathy May and Doug Sladoje to be a relationship-based travel management firm. We collaborate with clients to bring unique services and a fresh perspective to corporate travel management. We partner with our clients to design specialized programs. We are loyal to our clients and value the trust and confidence they place in our expertise. Our services are multi-dimensional. Our programs are individualized. Our staff is exceptional. Kathy May
Owner and President

Kathy was previously Director of Travel Services North America for Fitch Worldwide. Kathy was responsible for implementing and managing one of the first local self-managed travel departments of its kind. Kathy initiated changes that resulted in significant increases in service, quality, efficiency and financial performance. Kathy was also responsible for drafting and administering travel policy. Prior to Fitch, Kathy was a supervising International Agent for Carlson Wagons-Lits Travel, responsible for sophisticated travel itineraries for corporate executives traveling abroad. Her clients included: American Electric Power, OCLC, Wendy’s International, Huntington National Bank, Riverside Hospital, and Battelle Memorial Institute. Kathy is an Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) Specialist and holds a degree in Travel & Tourism.

Douglas Sladoje
Owner and Officer

Doug, an experienced industry analyst, has worked with a multitude of corporate travel departments and travel managers, including; Abbott Laboratories, Ashland, Chevron, Consolidated Stores, Crown Cork & Seal, Federated Department Stores, First Union (now Wachovia), Fort James, Hoffmann-La Roche, Home Depot, Huntington National Bank, Integrated Health Services, Informix, The Limited, Limited Too, Oracle, Iomega, Mettler Toledo, Royal & SunAlliance, Schottenstein Stores, Schwan’s, Sears, Spiegel, Target, Titan Corporation, UNICEF, Watson Wyatt Worldwide, and others. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in addition to graduating from The Ohio State University School of Law.
